What coming in real estate??

The truth of the matter is there are no crystal balls in real estate!  Interest rates just took a bump UP, but wait everyone was saying they're supposed to be going Down . . . .All the projections do indicate a move downward but when will it happen??  There are literally so many factors at play; the FED activity, the elections, the economy both here AND overseas, and even more.  One thing is for sure, when the rates do start down there will be a bunch of folks looking to buy and a bunch of Sellers thinking - I have something you want and the inventory isn't there to support all the buyers.  Lots of food for thought!!!!
